Part of our commitment to this land and this farm is understanding its history and making meaningful repair. Until stolen by colonizers, this land was stewarded for centuries by the Nipmuk, Wabanaki (Dawnland Confederacy) and Pocumtuc peoples. We know that this acknowledgment is just the first step in repair and that there is much more work to do.
